Delivery Areas

Log Cabin Store delivers throughout mainland UK. Certain locations may be subject to additional delivery charges or extended lead times. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before processing.

Some products may be delivered directly by our manufacturing partners on our behalf.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of ordering and are intended as a guide only.

Whilst we make every reasonable effort to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Severe weather conditions

• Transport disruptions

• Manufacturing delays

• Material shortages

• Industrial action

• Other unforeseen circumstances

Where delays occur, we will keep you informed and provide updated delivery information whenever possible.

Delivery Arrangements

Our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery and installation date.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

• Someone is available to accept delivery.

• Access to the installation site is clear and suitable.

• Any outstanding payments due before installation have been made.

• The installation area is ready for delivery and assembly.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related issues, including lack of access or absence at the agreed time, additional charges may apply.

Access Requirements

Customers must ensure there is safe and reasonable access to the installation location.

Before ordering, please carefully consider:

• Gate widths

• Access routes

• Height restrictions

• Obstacles such as walls, fences, hedges, garages, sheds, or neighbouring structures

Building components cannot be carried over roofs, fences, hedges, or other obstacles.

If our installation team cannot access the site safely, delivery may need to be postponed and additional charges may apply.

Base Requirements

All buildings must be installed on a suitable base.

The base must be:

• Level

• Square

• Stable

• Adequately sized

• Capable of supporting the full weight of the structure

If the base is deemed unsuitable on arrival, our installation team may be unable to complete the installation.

In such circumstances:

• Components may be left safely on-site.

• Additional visits may be chargeable.

• Installation will only proceed once the base has been corrected.

Installation

Installation is included with all log cabin purchases unless otherwise stated.

Installation services are provided subject to suitable site access and a compliant base being available on the agreed installation date.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any permissions, approvals, or consents required before installation.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as possible following delivery.

Any shortages, damage, or defects should be reported immediately and no later than 7 days after delivery.

We may request photographs to assist with resolving any issues.

Planning Permission

Customers are responsible for determining whether planning permission, building regulations approval, or any other permissions are required for their intended use.

Log Cabin Store accepts no responsibility for planning or regulatory issues arising from the installation or use of any building.

For guidance, customers should consult their local authority or the UK Planning Portal.

Liability

Whilst every reasonable care is taken during delivery and installation, Log Cabin Store cannot accept responsibility for:

• Pre-existing site conditions

• Hidden underground services

• Access restrictions not disclosed prior to delivery

• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
